I’m Nick Williams, and I’ve spent the last 30 years immersed in coaching, coach education, and the systems that support both. I’ve trained thousands of coaches and players, developed national qualifications, and led some of the UK’s most advanced education programmes in tennis and padel.

The Coach Station is here to offer tennis and padel coach support at every stage — from your first qualification to leading teams and shaping programmes. Whether you’re on a formal pathway or developing your own route, you’ll find tools, ideas, and resources to help you coach with clarity and purpose.

My Coaching

I offer dynamic group padel coaching sessions for players of all levels across the UK and internationally.

My approach is person-centred — tailored to the individual needs of each player. Whether you’re preparing for competition or just want to improve your game, I create sessions that make progress feel clear and achievable.

My Tutoring

I support coaches at all stages of their journey — from Level 1 qualifications to advanced CPD and professional mentoring.

Through a mix of online coach mentoring sessions and in-person support, I help coaches build confidence, sharpen their delivery, and connect theory with real-world practice.

I’ve spent decades designing and leading successful coaching programmes as both a Head Coach and Centre Manager.

From grassroots participation to high-performance pathways, I help venues and coaching teams deliver standout player experiences.
