I’m Nick Williams, and I’ve spent the last 30 years immersed in coaching, coach education, and the systems that support both. I’ve trained thousands of coaches and players, developed national qualifications, and led some of the UK’s most advanced education programmes in tennis and in padel.
The Coach Station offer is simple, to provide excellent coaching. This is through personal coaching; mentoring; coach education and consultancy with padel organisations.

Coaching
I offer group padel coaching sessions for players of all levels across the UK and internationally.
My approach is person-centred — tailored to the individual needs of each player. Whether you’re preparing for competition or just want to improve your game, I create sessions that make progress feel clear and achievable.

Mentoring
