Nick Williams, Head of Education
Nick is a highly experienced business owner, coach educator, assessor, mentor and tutor with over 25 years of hands-on experience in developing tennis and padel coaches across the UK. As Head of Education at The Coach Station, he leads all qualification and CPD delivery. Nick is LTA Accredited+, an approved tutor across all levels, and has delivered hundreds of coaching qualifications.
He has created and successfully operated Coach Development Centres for over 16 years
WDC Administrator – TBC
The WDC Administrator will support the delivery of all coach and official education by managing course bookings, learner communications, and safeguarding compliance (including DBS, first aid, and readiness checks). They will coordinate with venues and tutors, handle learner enquiries, and maintain accurate digital records in line with GDPR. The role also includes supporting marketing activity through learner newsletters and promotional content. The Administrator will assist with EQA preparation, monitor delivery standards, and ensure that all operations align with LTA requirements.
