Every time I visit Wales it is great to see the growing enthusiasm for Padel.
recently worked with 24 players over two sessions at The Welsh Padel Centre in Cwmbran. A massive thanks to Hywel Lewis for helping to organise a great day of Padel. It was a freezing day but by the end everyone was on fire!
During the sessions the players worked through the story of a point, from serve to return to volleys to overheads and defence off the back glass. We even managed to fit a few fun games in at the end.
